I downloaded a GPL version from the internet and nulled it and tested that it works fine. Everyone can test this plugin for any problems. :)

for those that are looking for the nulling trick, the change is here

Open the wpmudev.php file and look for the next lines

26 public function is_pro() {
27 return $this->get_apikey() !== true;
28 }

change this line...

27 return $this->get_apikey() !== false;

and, in general, you will have skipped the activation request
