Where to advertise your free service?

I spent about a year to write a dating service. Web browser only so far.
No ads, no costs.
I still need to figure out monetization.
I made it because I was dissatisfied with Tinder's greed.

Are there any resources where I can advertise my free service?

So far I've tried googling for free dating apps or websites, most articles don't allow comments, so that isn't working.

Back in the day we had dmoz where we could list our sites and they would be added and judged by the operators.
Nowadays?

When I write advertize I mean free, no cost.
