Install Node.js server using Node.js 16.20. only this version worked for me in "rockylinux"

I was able to start the messeging no pending issue but its not moving after 90+ messeges its getting stuck near 100 messeges and not moving forward
how to remove pending issue download node js 16.20
renew ssl for both the domains
then restart server
open terminal start app.js from server script
