Maybe you just have to install the required plugins (Umaya plugin, Redux Framework plugin, Contact Form 7 plugin, Meta Box plugin and WPBakery Page Builder plugin) which are not included in the package shared. Import the Dummy Demo Content with Wordpress Importer and import Theme Options in the Customizer, both files actually included in the package shared by @viid above!
By the way, @viid could you share the Umaya plugin with us, please?
