tools for building a website to chat with specialists

Hey,

so basically what I aim to do is to create a site where specialist can signup to and provide their experties. Visitors can consult any specialist at any field and pay per hour.

Im just a bit lost on what tools to use, the site will be built using wordpress and I think of crocoblock for appointments and building custom metadata. But I cant find a good way for communication. For example latepoint offer a plugin to generate a zoom meeting automatically but the way its working isn't what I need. it let u click a button then pick who you want to consult. But I need each consultant to have their own page where when you click on BOOK you book that person. Any suggestions ?
