For the ones who get this error below by bulk installing Required Plugins :

You have to change some code in the following lines in this file:
theblogger\admin\class-tgm-plugin-activation.php

Line 3594 must be changed to this:
Code: 
$this->upgrader->strings['skin_update_successful'] = __( '%1$s installed and activated successfully.', 'tgmpa' );

Line 3602 to:
Code: 
$this->upgrader->strings['skin_update_successful'] = esc_html__( '%1$s installed successfully.', 'tgmpa' );

Damn lazy to do that ? Download the fixed theme below !
Ps:
This error have nothing to do with the shared/fix of @TassieNZ !
