Hi all,
I was browsing some resources and found one that I was interested in using. I saw the member had some colors under their name so I figured they were a respected member on this forum and everything should be fine. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that one of these was "banned user", yet they also have the roles of "null master" and "trusted uploader". This caused some alarms to go off in my head as they were only posting here a few days ago.
It's none of my business what they got banned for but I'm now questioning the legitimacy and safety of their uploads. A quick search of their recent posts led me to find someone claiming that they found malware after using one of their recent uploads.
I realize we all have to do our own due diligence and shouldn't use resources in production environments. I just want to know if it makes sense for a "banned" member to still have the "trusted uploader" tag as their resources are still widely available on this community, and now I am unsure whether it's safe to use them or not.
