based on the time of that post, the file would be the same one here:

Latest right now is "1.6.3 January 31, 2024", and I just ran into a case where someone needs this (or something like it) - personally I will be looking for an alternative but if nothing is found will advise my client to just buy it.
Thanks for the help. I looked for an alternative and now I am using FluentForms pro, and it has all the features I need
