RealInvest Is a real estate investment platform similar like business shareholder users can purchase business shares from the project. Admin Can set return scheduled date for the project also admin can set profit and loss for the project. and the share holders can receive profit and loss from the project. The script built with laravel for backend and frontend has used tailwind CSS for super fast asset loading. RealInvest has 12+ Automatic payment gateways and has unlimited manual payment gateway system. Also added Web installer

The real code that verify the license is obfuscated within some packages located in the subdirectory "vendor". The devs use base64_decode and eval to run the obfuscated code. Nulling this script will need more free time that I haven't. As an indication and using notepad++ for example try to search within the mentioned subdirectory for: return ' (don't forget to put the simple quote). In the results take a look at every line with long sequential characters without blanks. If I remember one file have many base64_decode in order to obtain the original code.

Yes me too. it stuck on installing database. I am working on live server.
