simply by going to 3.2.2 it messed up the whole website .

Anyway ...
Spent some decent time cleaning up and debugging !!!
First time for me to roll it directly on the live site rather than my local site !

--> ended up removing all strings and settings and taking the languages posts/pages/menus and widgets back to drafts just to get the base language working again ...
what a mess !

Anyway !
