for V4.1.0, i just delete 195 line at wp-content\themes\pluto-by-osetin\inc\class-cerberus-core.php

but V4.1.1 seem cannot works anymore. @Babak, any idea?

no way to activated it unless you purchase from the developer, but you still can use it without activation. just it will appear some annoying warning/reminder for theme activation.
