Did you reload nginx after you made virtual host?
If you made the host in sites-available did you create symlink to sites-enabled?
Did you set correct root path in your virtual host file?

I and a developer. What i do always is create a site on cloudpanel and the virtual host will be automatically created.
Only this script has an error.

I see your point but ...
You're using nginx with directory listing disabled
This script has no index.php within main folder
only index.php is in public foder
If you upload a text file called test.txt containing You shouldn't see this in your root folder and access it trough
yourdomain.com/test.txt can you see the content of it?
If yes then your config doesn't point to script public folder
If not I would look over root folder permissions (including subfolders)

Quick testing the script

@itsM @Loki I will look into nulling it during next few days when I will have a little more time hopefully

Yes, the text file showed up as you said. What is the solution?
