Paypal Account Blocked

Hi there,

Yesterday one of my clients send the payment to my friend's PayPal. He is a trusted guy. How can we solve this issue?

Personal or business?

If you are sending money to unknown person for the first time the system will raise such restriction based on the other person account trust score, the other account may have dispute or chargeback deal with caution

Recently i was using a paypal business account but the number i was using for that account was a google voice number i lost my access for the number now paypal is asking for a verification on that number is ther any way of solving that issue ?

Better call them and explain you lost that number associated with account they may help you to recover
