looks like the mobile version of your website is sending too much requests to the server that it exceeded that allowed request for a page(page load). To isolate this to a server issue, the best thing to do is contact the server's technical support team.

It seems that there are no restrictions at the moment. However, I would recommend checking with Google's end as well to see if there are any restrictions on their side that may be affecting your website. Additionally, configuring Cloudflare can help avoid multiple requests for the page and improve the website's performance.
