Can you help me to find a thread like a guide to speed up WordPress/VPS setup?

When 2021 was the final month, I found a thread about it. The sentence is red in colour and discusses cache in detail with image tho, but I just remembered I forgot to bookmark it. And what's more, I can't find it in the search. Did it enter the closed thread?

and look As of April 28, 2022, Babiato went down due to an SSD crash and get restoration point from 2021, maybe thread starter in first month 2022 missing
