Why not just use the AIO plugin? It has it included. You can enable and disable extensions as you'd like to.

The Meta Box plugin is a separate plugin, and it works on it's own. But you will probably need more functionality from it, such as custom posts, and other stuff... You achieve that either by A) adding the desired extensions as additional plugins one by one, or B) (i recommend) adding the AIO plugin, and then you can check and uncheck which extensions you want to use. So it doesn't bloat your website, but you have it all whenever you need something. It looks like this:
