So you copy the links..
open your notepad and paste them..
on the top left, select "edit", click it..
in the drop down menu that appears, select "replace"
in the window that appears add "yoursite.com" in the top and your url in the bottom and hit "replace all"
once you've done that.. copy all the new urls you've made and head over to pingfarm.com
paste them in the blank box and hit the "Mass Pings" button and wait for it to finish.
Alternative sites for pinging masspinger.org, wmtools.me

Could you please enlighten us about the positive impact of the steps you gave to one's site; and the potential negative effect if any especially SEs like Google (hopefully they're none) :) ? Thanks again.

I used "wmtools. me" and I sent all without any problems I fixed having the URLs separated and it did what it should do.

Just do Replace all from "yoursite.com" with the URL that you wish to Ping

Positive.. they affect your DA/DR.. of course these are MOZ and AHREFS created metrics that don't actually have any impact on how google rates your site.. I guess its our vanity that drives us to chase the ranks in their systems.
Negative.. While this is a long story and if you think of it.. we're all doing the whole backlinks thing all wrong (selection, post frequency, post relevance....etc).. I've been using similar tactics for years and never seen a penalty. (got GSA SER running.. last 4 days it submitted 11.000 backlinks for my 3 sites... 1/5 of these are redirects)

Pro? .. no brother.. I'm a total noob still learning as I go.
Sorry but as far as I know its 1 license 1 pc software.. so can't share.
You could try out the trial.. of course you'll have to reinstal after 5 days ..but its a good starting point.
As for guides.. I'm sure this link will cover you and help you understand why I said I'm still learning.

Seriously though.. as you can see from the guides.. the software can do somersaults in the air while thrown out of a cannon.. and all I can manage is kindergarden level, rolls.
Still got a whole lot to learn before i dare to even think to migrate to a new kingdom.
