I never see who resell Learndash key, it quite expensive for resellers.
If your site make money, pay directly it's best choice now. Or you can buy 10 domains package with $399, then try to resell 9 licenses to get back money.
If can not try with money, why you not create video courses from YT videos by hand?

I am creating free learning website from youtube. because there are many usefull raw learning materials on youtube. at this time I do not have enough money and also I want my learning website for free.

but I have plan as soon as I find some money will buy full license from Learndash.

I think do it by hand not bad idea. On good side, grab by hand, you focus on quality of video content more than grab everything automatically.
