Hi Babak,

This plugin should come with demo (xml) file. The documentation instruction says the below, can you upload the full copy please?

Extract (Unzip) the plugin download package. Within the download package you’ll find the following file structure and contents:

• DOCUMENTATION.html User Documentation
• pressapps-knowledge-base.zip Installable plugin zip file
• pressapps-knowledge-base Plugin folder for FTP upload
• import Folder containing demo content XML import file
• theme Folder containing installable demo theme zip

yes I know that, but inside there is a theme about knowledge base homepage, but i dont know how to install it. Because I upload, configure and create q&a but dont see the 3 different theme, include inside module.

It's simple,

1. Extract the ZIP file.
2. open "KnowledgeBase_Package_v4.1.0"
3. Copy "pressapps-knowledge-base" to WordPress plugin folder.
4. Go into theme folder
5. Extract theme and then copy it to Theme folder in WordPress.
6. Login to your WordPress and first activate the plugin
7. Then change THEME from Theme option in WordPress.
