which version do you install? do you import the sql database correctly? change the folders permission? verify if all the requeriments are met?

I have a solution
1) uninstall the recent version (delete everything on that folder
2) install version 3.2 or anyone that works correctly
3) after you have successfully installed without server error 500
4 ) download version 3.5 or above and extract it
5) open the Update folder, you will see all the version inside e.g
V2.1 to v3.5 etc
6) Now login to your Cpanal and locate the folder you install your Hyiplab
7) upload the recent version 3.5
8) extract and that's all
9) login to you Hyiplab admin and see the changes had taken place

The error 500 comes up on two templates, invester and the red hyip. The other two templates are working fine. Even the admin panel is working fine with the error message. Please how can this be resolved?
