I am a freelance and I make web pages for clients, I am interested in knowing how you organize your business since I am a disaster, I never find the quotes, the invoices, I forget when to update the hosting and many other things

STOP THINKING FIRST OF A TOOL!!!! Please start first to think of a system that you can repeat over and over again when dealing with a client! There are a thousand of tools out there that are just supporting your system.

Think about all scenarios, like:
How i would deal the client communication.
How i would get leads
How would I deal with a client who is not paying
and so on!!! .......

if you did all your homework, then you can think about a tool.
I would recommend: perfex crm ( why? because it's easy so use and its selfhosted! )

I like the feature that allows us to create products in the admin panel for clients to buy directly from their client hub. I wonder if Perfex has thi feature.

We use Notion. I like being able to customise it to what I want and the ease at which I can pretty much make what ever I want in it.

Please share the link so I can review what Notion has to offer please.

There is also a free option https://osticket.com/ the cool thing about this is that it reads your emails from your inbox you assign to different department, eg design, or support and customers can reply via their email without login into the website.

If you hire additional help they can also get involved and it keeps track of each reply from each agent.

It helps keep things organised.

A bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, it because second nature.
