So plugin is not have a good nulled(( Encountered an issue where the plugin makes prolonged API calls, resulting in a page load time of more than 17 seconds on the plugins page. Disabling the plugin leads to faster page load times. Similar issues were also experienced with Revolution Slider and its Transition Pack add-on. Can anyone suggest a solution to address the issue of slow page load times with plugins? Log Certificate verification disabled (sslverify=false)

looks like you have a code in your customise CSS are with overflow-y: scroll !important; that's causing this. meaning the y scroll is always there unless that code line is removed.
