Here's how to null remui them,

in \theme\remui\classes\controller\LicenseController.php line 127
before:
if (preg_match("/([a-f0-9]{32})/", $licensekey)) {

add:
$controller = new RemUIController($licensekey);
return $controller->activate_license();

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
in \theme\remui\classes\controller\RemUIController.php line 140
before:
$lcontroller = new \theme_remui\controller\LicenseController();


add:
$licensedata->success = true;
$licensedata->license = 'valid';
$licensedata->item_id = true;
$licensedata->error = '';
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

then you can enter any thing to activate the theme
