The TrustedUploader Badge is actually earned. You need to have been authenticated as the true purchaser and contributor and maintainer of a number of original resources to earn the title.

A resource is one of the items you have purchased from CodeCanyon or ThemeForest. You will have to submit it for approval. It needs to be original, meaning that you have to search and be sure that no one else has contributed it first.

Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a resource that has been abandoned ONLY if you have ascertained that for several releases the original owner hasn't updated it in spite of several requests for update. Before purchase you may do well to get in touch with @TassieNZ or @Babak a Distinguished Staff / Moderator and request prior approval. That way once they okay it, the ownership of the resource can be transferred to you on Purchase.

TIPS;
Purchasing valuable resources that are in demand or of high utility is a sure step to becoming a TrustedUploader. Kind Regards.
