The fix for license was very simple so I did the null and bundle the layouts as well. This is version 2.2. There is a 2.3 but I don't have it so can't null it.

I don't have confirmation that this is legit but it looks real so I made changes to this upload above, as follows:

divi-form-builder\includes\classes\class.licence.php
in function licence_key_verify() change a FALSE to TRUE so function is always true

divi-form-builder\includes\classes\class.updater.php
commented out the add_action that runs DE_FB_run_updater to disable update checks (wasted site slowdown)

divi-form-builder\includes\DiviFormBuilder.php
commented out add_action that runs dfb_check_validation
