You may want to edit your post and ask for feedback rather than just post the link and website tagline.
Theres a couple reasons why I thought it looked spammy; the fact you joined this site today and the first thing you did is post your website, your username matches your website, and you don't ask for feedback regarding your website. You only state "Panduancode is the best programming learning site, which is equipped with the latest technology information and others."
...It looked very suspiciously like spam.
As for feedback, I'm not a huge fan of the website. I don't like the clock gif whenever the images are loading.
Also is it a website that sells hosting, or a hosting tutorial website? There are hosting themes on Babiato if you're looking for a change.
