They overcomplicated it bigtime.. Suffice to say , its more of a Boon in so far as Messenger goes, the other platform support is more of an after thought, and features are kind of limited and complicated to setup even with the paid plugins. ive been avoiding installing it for almost a year now out of an equal amount of procrastination & predictive frustrations that would ensue. If your business relies heavily on facebook, then thiis is a beast.. that much ive gathered, but its just less complications to get a 25$ codecanyon multiplatform scheduler / post generator / auto reply.
