Cant upload and install themes and plugin

As the title says an error comes whenever I try to add (UPLOAD and Install) any WP themes or plugin (see screenshot) but I can install it directly from wordpress store
Earlier It was working fine untill I had setup cloudflare cdn. I dont know exactly what's causing it and how to solve it even though I have tried to remove every plugin and then uploading and installing but with no success

My guess is, that you wrote the wrong information when you tried to setup CDN in Cloudflare.
Doublecheck everything.
You can also try to contact your hosting company, as they might be able to help you set everything up.
