I have LocoTranslate, all time when i translate everything, and update plugin or theme i must do it again

Its 4th time when i must translate this same things

Both plugin and theme has, languages folder. Did you make a backup before overwrite this folder?

And the important thing is, you should check the release notes. It's not all files which updated

Make sure to backup in zip before updates

Because after i check, they also put in php file for the translation but i don't know, it's for backend or frontend, you should check it. Below just for illustration
