That all depends on what your resource usage will be on the server

the two companies that I use for my VPS are

OVH: RAM 4GB CPU 2 $14.70
AWS lightsail: RAM 4GB CPU 2 $20

there both similarly match in price

For sites that will use lots of resources like images and a big database I recommend and use cloud servers instead of regular VPS. Right now I'm using Cloudways with DigitalOcean cloud. This way you can add more RAM, CPU and disk space to your site as needed without having to migrate to another server.
