I would guess that any plugin that is well written for it's purpose -- such as Perfmatters --, does this job. We're talking about clearing unused CSS.Does anyone has checked this with ACSS? Totally free now.

What VPS u going with?
I'm about to test Contabo in the next few days. I've heard good things about them. I also have DO or Vultr on my list of considerations, but Contabo seems to offer more for the money.
