There is now a daily download limit on resources of 15 per day.
I have noticed that some members are creating new accounts to get round this limit but we now have a sophisticated multi account detection system in place so members doing that WILL be caught.

Anyone caught having a duplicate account will initially see their main account given a 7 day ban and the duplicate account permanently banned. If they create a second duplicate account the ban will be made permanent for ALL of their accounts.
